Reciprocal Play Program The Interclub Play Program (IPP) is a reciprocity agreement between 25 private golf clubs generally in the south-central Pennsylvania area. The reciprocity agreement with clubs participating in the Interclub Play Program provides an excellent way to enhance your golf membership at Carlisle Country Club. We hope you will enjoy occasional visit to other clubs for both golf and dining experiences.
